4. Deliverables & Ownership

• Upon full payment, you own the rights to custom-developed code, data outputs, or agents unless otherwise specified in writing.
  
  

• We reserve the right to reuse general methods, frameworks, or reusable components used in projects.
  
  

5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are due as per the invoice terms. Late payments may incur delays in delivery.
  
  

• Refunds are only considered if work has not yet started or in cases of service failure due to Actyte’s proven negligence.
  
  

• We do not issue refunds for completed work or for issues beyond our control (e.g., website structure changes, client-side API restrictions).
  
  

6. Confidentiality

• We will treat all project details, business data, and client information as confidential unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
  
  

• You agree not to share Actyte’s confidential techniques, pricing, or internal documentation with third parties.
  
  

7. Service Limitations

• Actyte is not responsible for service interruptions due to third-party platforms, anti-bot technologies, or API limitations.
  
  

• We make no guarantees regarding uptime or compatibility unless specified in a separate service level agreement (SLA).
  
  

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

• Our Services may use third-party APIs, libraries, or tools. We are not responsible for any limitations, outages, or changes imposed by those providers.
